NEW BLOG IS UP!

My New blog is up! Make sure to check it out at HERE.

During the process of setting up my new proofing system (which will be completed in the next few weeks), the design company that I hired for proofing also had a new solution for blogging that allows for much larger images and faster loading so make sure to update your bookmarks.

Coming up next will be the new proofing and order system that is truly awesome. My clients will be able to view proofs, order prints, preview cropping and set their own cropping if they want, add images to album orders, pay for retainers and packages and a ton of other awesome new things, so stay tuned. Not here but at http://timlarsenphoto-blog.com.

Jill and Jake

Got a call on Tuesday or this past week from a quiet, kind woman who was wondering if I was available to shoot her wedding on Sunday. After a little time chatting I learn that her fiance is returning from the Marines on Saturday, they are getting married on Sunday and he has to report back on Tuesday.
I am ever so grateful for our armed forces and all that they do for our country, so I had to shoot this wedding.

Jill and Jake were getting married at her sister's house in Crosslake and when I arrive I am expecting a quiet, reserved, nervous bride. Julie, the brides sister, finds me and brings me back to were Jill is getting ready. One thing I learned about Jill is that she is so full of energy and was so excited about getting married that she just exuded joy, energy and fun. Plus she's beautiful.

Here are a few images from their wedding.

Also, my new blog will be rolling out in the next few weeks so check back for the link in a few weeks.

Bigger and more images, plus faster loading.

Nathan and Jessica E-Session

Is it going to rain or not? Well, we guessed not, but it did, just a litte. Jessica's parent's have a beautifully landscaped lake home.

Right when we are on the end of the dock, the sprinkles started.

Then the rain came and went, but in between we captured some great images.

Thanks Nathan and Jessica and sorry to my other couples who were rained out later that afternoon, we get you into our schedules soon.
